This old fashioned captures a couple of elements that can be hard to find in alcohol free cocktails. Viscosity and complexity. It has a beautiful rich texture and a complex bouquet of aromatics.
To make:
Place 1 sugar cube in a glass
add 30 drops of Aromatic Bitters directly onto the sugar cube and stir a little to dissolve
pour in 60mls of Lyres American Malt
gently add one big ice cube
gently add one big ice cube
garnish with orange peel or dehydrated citrus
